(1) The inspector shall investigate the case related to the offense punishable under this Act and after the completion of such investigation and the work of such investigation shall file the case in the district court.
(2) While investigating and filing the case according to sub-section (1), the inspector may take the opinion of the public prosecutor. After the case is filed, the public prosecutor will argue the case.
